This week I turned 66y/o. I never figured to be this old! Someone said that wisdom is wasted on the young. That statement is only partially true. If the young do not hear the Voice of Wisdom, then they can never "see". Wisdom, unfortunately, can only be gained with experience; it cannot be taught as a "subject". Gaining experience, and thereby, wisdom, takes time. Unfortunately, we humans generally do not live long enough for "total" wisdom, and for the foreseeable future, never will.
A life can be sectioned like the calendar. Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. The months are unimportant, the seasons being figurative. Spring is your start: you are born and begin to learn. Your Summer of Life begins roughly when you graduate high school or college and "slides" into Fall as you age. A person's Summer and Fall of Life can be decades long.
