I would like to thank those of you who take the time to read what I write here. I may not always be right, but I respond only because it WARRANTS discussion. I understand there is plenty of hypocrisy out there, questionable agendas and other underhanded crap. I speak only my opinions applying only those political thoughts that BENEFITS all US Citizens. I could not care less about other countries since I can do nothing about it anyway.
Posting to a public domain such as this; COTR and Locals.com, is an AWESOME responsibility. I am well aware of this and it is in my mind. Still, what I write; a RANT, an OPINION, or just a general comment, is something I feel needs to be said. I have prefaced my writings as such to allow folks to scroll past as they wish.

Being an American has a simple meaning for me. It's love of country and what she's always stood for. Freedom, liberty, the dream that you can be anything you desire. It's the feeling of pride when I see the flag standing out straight in the wind. Knowing that her people are willing to go into battle to protect her without a second thought. That her people will fight not just for her but for people all around the world when they're threatened. There will never be another country like America. Long may she stand. 🇺🇸
Dear Lord, You see every heart that aches today, the parents, spouses, and children who carry the weight of loss. Wrap them in Your loving arms and speak peace into their pain. Give them strength for the days when memories feel heavy and joy feels distant. Let them know they are not alone. May they find comfort in knowing their loved one’s sacrifice mattered. Remind them that You are close to the brokenhearted and that Your presence never leaves them. Fill their homes with light, their nights with rest, and their souls with hope. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
