Merry and joyfull Christmas to you all...

As my husband and I walk this new path of faith, one thing I love to do is read the mass reading for the next day, even if we are not planning to attend. One of tomorrow's reading is about St. Stevens martyrdom.

I am floored and amazed at how much it mirrors Charlie Kirk's lifr, assassination and the current in fighting on the right.
I just had to share.

And Stephen, full of grace and power, did great wonders and signs among the people. Then some of those who belonged to the synagogue of the Freedmen (as it was called), and of the Cyrenians, and of the Alexandrians, and of those from Cilicia and Asia, arose and disputed with Stephen. But they could not withstand the wisdom and the Spirit with which he spoke. - Acts 6:8-10
