The LLC is listed at an address on North Orange Street in Wilmington, Delaware. This location is the Corporation Trust Center, a well-known commercial registered-agent service used by hundreds of thousands of companies to maintain privacy and mask individual ownership.
Because the jet was registered under this anonymous shell company in January 2023, the identities of the actual individual owners or corporate executives behind the aircraft have not been named in public FAA records.
