About

HEY EVERYONE! First off - quick refresher on who we are - so here’s some official bio-speak to kick things off:

The Chicks on the Right website was founded by Amy Jo Clark and Miriam Weaver in 2009. The Chicks’ popular radio show aired on weekdays between 9am and 11am on Indianapolis’ 93WIBC FM station from August of 2013 through November 2020, at which time Amy Jo decided to rejoin the “real world” as a Communications Director for a technology company. Miriam continued her work in radio on the Mock ’n Rob show on 93WIBC FM until February of 2022 when the Chicks decided to devote all of their time to their Chickdom. The Chicks landed their book deal in October of 2014. Their book, Right for a Reason: Life, Liberty, and a Crapload of Common Sense, hit bookshelves in 2014. They have appeared as guests on national television programs, including Fox and Friends, Varney & Company, and CNN Tonight. They appear regularly on Newsmax with Grant Stinchfield. They appear on various nationally syndicated radio programs. In 2017, the Chicks were honored as the Best Broadcast Team at the Spectrum Award Winners in the Indianapolis Market. Their daily and weekly podcast, the Mock and Daisy Show, premiered with Radio America in August of 2019, and new episodes of their weekly dive are released every Wednesday, with daily episodes from their live stream videos posted each weekday morning. With millions of subscribers and social media followers across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Parler, and Instagram, ChicksOnRight.com receives millions of monthly page views. The site primarily offers commentary on current events. Readers are welcome to comment on these articles.

Now then. As we join the Locals community, we’re facing an unprecedented clamp-down by Big Tech on free expression, and like so many other conservatives, we’re seeking alternatives. We hope to expand our presence here and offer folks who’ve followed us for years the continued commentary on cultural and political events they’ve grown to enjoy, as well as a healthy dose of humor and optimism. We hope you join us! It’s a free speech zone here!
